Reimagining the Walmart Pharmacy Pickup Experience

Pharmacy technicians were losing ~5 minutes per checkout to a clunky internal tool. I spent seven months embedded in the pharmacy and learned why. From this, I created a redesign of both the software and the in-store service model to fix it.
